Brain Boogerz, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on FlexYin purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to the first payment for a FlexYin membership and to eligible one-time coaching-session purchases.
How to request a refund
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s buyer support, or contact us through the support channel in FlexYin so we can help route your request.
Membership cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it is separate from requesting a refund for a past payment. You can cancel through FlexYin’s membership page and payment portal. If you also want a refund for an eligible payment, submit a refund request within the 30-day period.
How refunds are handled
Paddle handles refund review, customer-service inquiries, returns, and the return of funds to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by bank or payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law or Paddle’s Refund Policy.
